Roberta Tamburrino, our “Auntie”, has decades of experience in leadership roles in corporate America. A fierce advocate for her teams, the customer experience, and creative solutions, Roberta is routinely asked to speak at industry events. Roberta has been on the dock and in the boardroom, aggregating deep expertise in workplace cultures along the way. With a quick mind and a quicker tongue, you can’t predict what she will say- but you can be sure it will be enlightening and entertaining all at once.

Alison, our sometimes "Creative", has humbly served in many roles in her almost 20 year career in the corporate world. From Fortune 25 businesses to early stage technology startups, Alison often gravitated to growth opportunities and has helped develop and launch dozens of new online services for businesses and consumers. Leaning on her roots as an amateur psychologist, she is frequently called upon by friends and colleagues for an open ear and occasionally useful advice. Alison has an MBA from University of Southern California, and a Bachelor's in Psychology from George Mason University, but her most useful skills were obtained by growing up with five brothers.
